Education system india needs to be change

In universal declaration of human right under article 26 everyone has a right to get free basic elementary education. In india under article 21 , 6-14 year of children have right to free education and compulsory education up to 14 years . But  after 10 years of parliamentary decision still there is not much efforts are shown in this field . In 2009 parliament passed the bill about the education of children and made 6-14 year free and compulsory education .

There no such stats showing that how much right to education improved or reached the target . Many of us know the actual standard of education in basic elementary schools in india ,mostly rich people prefer private schools in india, rest go to sarkari school .If government is really  trying to improve the system in education ,then where are the outputs of effort's.

They just made it compulsory ,but if government  not providing better quality of education to the children from basic elementary standards then ,Why we hope for the best quality at the end when they graduate from a college or university. Basically Government is not taking any efforts toward it because they do not know how to tackle the situation they created over years since 1951.
